Parlay calculator – payout and real chance of a parlay
Enter each leg in any odds format and mark it win, push or loss. See the payout, the fair chance and what the operator (betting provider) keeps as legs are added.
Profit $75.91 · parlay odds 8.59 (+759)
If all 3 legs win, $10.00 returns $85.91. One losing leg and it returns nothing.
Fair chance all 3 legs win: 10.1%about 10 in 100
Without the margin, this ticket wins about 1 in 9.9. The price pays as if it were about 1 in 8.6, so on tickets like this the bookmaker keeps about 13.0% of the stakes – versus 4.5% on a single leg.
How it is calculated
Parlay odds = product of the decimal odds of the winning legs (a push counts as 1.00)1.91 × 2.50 × 1.80 = 8.59
Payout = stake × parlay odds$10.00 × 8.59 = $85.91
Fair chance of a leg = (1 ÷ decimal) ÷ (1 + margin)50.0%, 38.2%, 53.0%
All legs win (legs independent)50.0% × 38.2% × 53.0% = 10.12%
Bookmaker’s share = 1 − parlay odds × fair chance1 − 8.59 × 10.12% = 13.0%
Same-game parlaysLegs from one game are linked, so this chance does not apply to them.

How parlay odds are calculated
Parlay odds = product of all decimal odds. Payout = stake × parlay odds.
Example: For example: 2.50 × 1.50 × 1.91 = 7.16. Payout: $10.00 × 7.16 = $71.59.

Separate games vs same game parlay
Legs from different games
- The calculator assumes the legs do not affect each other (independent).
- Chances multiply: two fair 50/50 legs give 25.0%.
- The calculator above applies.
Same game parlay (SGP)
- Legs are correlated: one result changes the chance of another.
- Multiplying chances gives a wrong answer; the calculator does not apply.
- On PROLINE, an SGP inside another parlay counts as one selection.
- On PROLINE, if any SGP leg is void, the whole SGP is void and refunded.

Questions
How do you calculate a parlay payout?
Convert each leg to decimal odds, multiply them, then multiply by the stake: $10.00 × 7.16 = $71.59. PROLINE settles on decimal odds whatever format was shown. More in What is a parlay?.
What happens to a parlay if one leg is a push?
The leg is removed and the rest of the parlay is paid. On PROLINE the stake stays on the reduced parlay. Exception: in PROLINE combined prop offers, a push on any listed line settles the bet as lost.
Can I use a parlay calculator for a same game parlay?
No. Legs from one game are correlated, so multiplying their chances gives a wrong result. On PROLINE, a same game parlay inside another parlay counts as one selection.
Why does a long parlay pay so much?
Because it rarely wins. Eight −110 legs pay $1,764.46 on $10.00, but the fair chance is 1 in 256, and the operator keeps 31.1% of the fair payout.
Is there a maximum payout on a PROLINE parlay?
Yes. The PROLINE Game Conditions cap the potential payout per ticket, unless OLG chooses to pay more. Each wager also has a minimum and a maximum. Check the current conditions before you buy a ticket.
